One ALT session is equivalent to 10-12 manual lymphatic drainage sessions.

Scheduling is simple.

To help maximize the benefits of your session:
• Stay well hydrated before and after your appointment
• Avoid deodorants or lotions on the day of treatment if possible
• Please arrive with dry hair
• Avoid strenuous exercise the day of your treatmentLight activity such as walking is perfectly fine.
Hydration is especially important for 24–48 hours following your session, as your body processes and eliminates lymphatic waste.

Assisted Lymphatic Therapy is generally well tolerated; however, it is not recommended for individuals who:
• Are currently pregnant
• Have been diagnosed with Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
• Have received an organ transplant
• Have a pacemaker or implanted electrical deviceIf you have a medical condition or concerns, please consult your healthcare provider prior to scheduling.

Head & Neck Only sessions are particularly helpful for those struggling with seasonal allergies, chronic sinus infections, headaches, or swollen lymph nodes in the head/neck regions. It usually takes several of these sessions to help decongest the sinuses.
