About Me

My journey with Assisted Lymphatic Therapy began while searching for relief from my own chronic pain. As I experienced the benefits firsthand, my pain significantly diminished with each session. It quickly became clear that this was a therapy I wanted to learn and offer as hope to others.

I am proud to be a small-town Middle Tennessee native of Tullahoma. My passion for health and wellness was instilled at a young age by my mother. Having received regular chiropractic care as a child, I initially pursued a degree in Natural Sciences with plans to attend chiropractic school. After graduating from college in 2010, however, I realized the Lord had other plans for me and I moved to Nashville, Tennessee.

In 2012, I was led to attend the Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in Brentwood, where I became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). In 2018, while seeking relief from my own chronic pain, I discovered Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT). After experiencing its benefits personally, I knew this was a modality I wanted to share with others. In early 2022, I was blessed with the opportunity to complete my training in Assisted Lymphatic Therapy.

For the next two and a half years, I served clients in Franklin, Tennessee, including several well-known country music artists, before returning home to Tullahoma in the fall of 2024.

Through my training as both a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Level 2 Certified Assisted Lymphatic Therapist, I have developed a deep passion for helping clients understand the important role the lymphatic system plays in overall health. I truly believe that emotional and spiritual well-being are meaningful parts of the journey toward physical healing. My clients often comment on the calm and peaceful demeanor I bring to the treatment table. 

When I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I especially love making memories with my nieces and nephews, which usually involves baking something chocolate. I also enjoy walking in nature, singing, traveling, and serving with Sandlot Ministries, dedicated to sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with a demonstration of God’s power.

I am truly grateful to offer Assisted Lymphatic Therapy to clients here in my hometown of Tullahoma, and I look forward to serving the Middle Tennessee area.
